However, users’ demands vary so Toshiba offers Warranty enhancements to satisfy these needs. Either extend the standard 1 year warranty to 3 years or upgrade to Next Business Day On-site warranty where a Toshiba trained engineer will be on-site the next day to resolve the issue.

This Toshiba Warranty Pack upgrades your standard warranty on your Portable
PC to an on-site, next business day service. Please check whether your PC comes
with 1 year or 3 years standard warranty and purchase the appropriate service.

A certified field service technician will come to repair your notebook if the
problem cannot be solved over phone.
- If you report your problem by 3PM the service technician will come
to your location the next business day.
- This service is valid from the date of purchase of your Toshiba notebook
- It is important that you register within 30 days. System failures
that occurred before registering this service, will not be covered.
Response times may vary in remote or difficult to reach places.

This service is available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm local
time, excluding Bank Holidays.

| Exclusions |
This service is not available for Classified Stock (Classified Stock is
defined as not brand 'new' stock, but ex-demonstration stock, stock that
has been repaired under a quality control programme, or stock that has been
previously sold by Toshiba).

Depending on which service is purchased it is valid either within the
UK and Ireland only or in additional specific European and African countries.
