If you purchased your notebook from either Currys, Dixons or PC World and you also purchased either a Coverplan or PC Performance policy, you will not be able to log a warranty repair here and should instead contact The TechGuys on 0844 800 6020 ensuring that you have your policy details ready.
If you purchased your notebook from Comet and you also purchased a Total Product Cover policy you should instead contact Comet on 0870 606 2633 ensuring you have policy details ready.
If you purchased your notebook from a John Lewis store (including Peter Jones) then you should instead contact the store directly, ensuring you have your receipt available, with details of the issue in order that they can make any necessary arrangements for it to be repaired.
